Many Spurs Trust members and fans in general have been experiencing problems of different levels, due to the club's transition of the membership scheme to the "One Hotspur" system
As part of this process, there has been a complete change of The Club's computer system and system provider,so we would recommend that you log on to your "One Hotspur" account;
https://eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/default.aspx to ensure all your personal details are accurate and up to date.
Also, please ensure you keep your new client reference number safe (you will find this at the top of your renewal letter and also within a reminder e mail recently sent to you by THFC). You will need this to access your account should you wish to buy tickets on-line, check the status of any booking, check your loyalty points or update your details. This is a different reference number to that held until the end of last season
The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust will continue to monitor the problems, and we do maintain a day to day dialogue with the right people at THFC.
