· Liaison with Spurs Community Officer
· Liaison with Local community
· Stadium Redevelopment/location
· Ticket Office
· Close Liaison "Membership/Regions"
· Stadium and Ticket Office issues are "global" and the whole board will have an input

Funding and Investment

· Co-ordinate with the club on external funding for Spurs
· Commercial Opportunities for The Trust and Spurs - e.g. loyalty card
· Relations with Spurs PLC and AGM strategy - as and when The Trust owns shares!
· Sponsorship for Trust events, publications and generally
· Close Liaison with "Finance and Treasurer"

Events

· Run and co-ordinate all Trust events (including AGM)
· Sourcing venues
· Liaison with club hospitality personnel on WHL based events and initiatives
· Close liaison with "Membership/Finance/Community/Communication/Secretary"

Regions

· Liaison with Spurs on ad hoc fan issues
· Liaison with Official Supporters' Club
· Liaison with Regional Supporters' clubs
· Liaison with non-UK fans generally
· Possible events for non-UK fans when Spurs play abroad (e.g. pre-season)
· Close liaison with "Membership/Events"

Membership

· Maintain database
· Annual Renewals
· Welcome new members/distribute membership cards
· Correspond with members on queries
· Membership maintenance and attraction strategy
· Close liaison with "Finance and Treasurer/Events/Community/Regions/Communications"

Finance and Treasurer

· Run Trust accounts
· Maintain solvency
· Cheques in from members/sponsors
· Cheques out for expenses
· Annual "global" budget
· Liaison with Auditors/Annual accounts
· Work with each section of the Trust on section budgets
· Fundraising for Trust/Membership initiatives
· Close liaison with "Membership/Events/Funding and Investment"

Secretary

· AGM
· Rule changes and updates
· Liaison with lawyers and Registrar
· Minutes
· Ensure compliance with rules and Board membership policy

· Maintain and update website
· Build website as marketing tool, effective communication and members' resource
· Close Liaison with "Communications/Funding and Investment"
